Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We offer standard courier and professional furniture removal delivery services.
- Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 14 business days from the date of order processing.
- Professional furniture removal is available for custom-made or large heavy items for an additional fee. It will take 7 to 15 business days depending on the location.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over $1000 for non-custom items to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane Metro areas.
- Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or restricted-access locations.
Receiving Your Order
- Please inspect all items upon delivery.
- If any damage or discrepancies are found, report them within 1 day of delivery.
Freight & Large Item Deliveries
- Large furniture items are shipped via professional furniture removals.
- Freight deliveries require a loading dock or additional assistance for unloading.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details to prevent delays or extra charges.
Delays & Exceptions
- We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions.
- If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If you prefer your Glassboard to be pure white, or a true colour match, you need Starphire Glass. To achieve it’s clarity, Starphire Glass goes through an extensive process of removing any Iron content that creates the green tinge seen in most standard glass boards. Iron found in standard Glassboards will alter the final look of your colour choice.
For Custom Glassboard solutions, we only provide Starphire Glass to achieve extremely accurate colour matching every time. Speak to our team to design a Glassboard to compliment your space, or stand out as a feature.

- Alternative made to order sizes available upon request
- Sizes up to 1500x900mm have 4 holes with 4 fittings
- Sizes 1500x1200mm or more have 6 holes with 6 fittings
- Size 2400x1200mm have 8 holes with 8 fittings
- Freight charges apply due to the sensitive nature of glass
