- Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 14 business days from the date of order processing.
- Professional furniture removal is available for custom-made or large heavy items for an additional fee. It will take 7 to 15 business days depending on the location.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over $1000 for non-custom items to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane Metro areas.
- Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or restricted-access locations.
Receiving Your Order

Freight & Large Item Deliveries

This ledge seamlessly connects to an ink line end, which can be easily adjusted to accommodate mobility access. Its linear two tier design creates an inviting interactive space between receptionist and client, making it easily accessible for clients who are in wheelchairs or need to sit for short periods. Ideal for medical practices, hospitals and aged care.
