• Professional furniture removal is available for custom-made or large heavy items for an additional fee. It will take 7 to 15 business days depending on the location.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
• Free shipping may be available for orders over $1000 for non-custom items to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane Metro areas.
• Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or restricted-access locations.
